We are working with a fantastic premium housing developer / Fit out and commercial build on their Kent based projects Being a forward thinking, modern and future inspired developer / fit out and commercial build they design, construct, and finish to the highest standard in the construction Sector.

In this role as an Accounts / Office administrator, you will be expected to head up the entire invoicing process for your team and making sure the office is held to high standards and working with the office manager to make sure the workload from the staff is running smoothly for the most efficiency, liaising with the managing director helping him with anything he needs dealing with weekly invoice for the MD and making sure that the contractor pay the company on time. The office needs to be fully restocked once a week making sure all drinks are there for the staff when they are in the office, dealing with fortnightly stationary orders.  Reconciling payments using Xero software, completing trade forms, and checking monthly direct debits. Experience would be preferred but wouldn’t be necessary in the role due to full training provided.
