They are currently looking to add an administrative assistant to the team in Hamburg
 

This opportunity requires NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE as an Administrative Assistant, as full training and mentorship will be provided by the business during a tailored, three-month traineeship programme. Over this time, you will gain an invaluable insight into the world of Shipmanagement.  In this role you be providing administrative support.  Further duties include organising the stores orders and booking travel arrangements.
 

Successful candidates will
 

  • Be fluent in English and German
     
  • Good command of Microsoft 365 software and programmes
     
  • Be highly organised
     
  • Have the ability to work independently
     
  • Be a team player focused on delivering task
