Consortio is thrilled to announce its collaboration with a renowned ocean cruise line, bringing unparalleled dining experiences to passengers worldwide. As part of this partnership, we are seeking dedicated professionals to join us as Assistant Dining Room Managers. In this role, you will work closely with the Dining Room Manager or Specialty Restaurant Manager to ensure exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction across various dining outlets, including specialty restaurants. With a focus on training, motivating, and mentoring your team, you will play a pivotal role in achieving service and sales goals while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
As an Assistant Dining Room Manager, you will oversee the operational aspects of assigned dining areas, from opening to closing, while maintaining compliance with HACCP standards. Your responsibilities will include supervising cleaning and sanitation procedures, interacting with guests to ensure top-notch service, and managing reservations systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating staff performance, providing training as needed, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols, especially in light of COVID-19 prevention measures. Your attention to detail and leadership skills will contribute to the overall success of our dining operations, creating memorable experiences for passengers onboard.
Requirements:
- Languages - Strong English, German & Intermidiate Italian.
- Over 5 years working in a management position like a Maitre D' or Restaraunt Manager.
- Availability to join at the end of May.
- STCW, relevant paperwork & vaccines.
- EU Passport holder.
