Key Requirements:

• Proven experience within the shipping or maritime industry, ideally in a similar fleet management or operational role.
• Strong knowledge of vessel operations, compliance, and maritime regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong organisational abilities.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, with additional languages considered a plus.
