In this role as a Branch manager, you will be responsible for looking after a Branch in Bow (London), you will have to be a strong salesperson someone used to speaking with decisions makers and show that you can deal with all and different types of people on a day to day basis, in this role hitting the grown running would be the best option for the right candidate due to the amazing opportunity our client is giving you. To be suitable for this role you are going to need to have a warm communication style and have a proven record of winning business and fantastic customer services and surprising KPI’s that are given to you, in addition to all this the company will reward you with a heavy influence on your income and career prospects and giving a very competitive salary in the area.

To be suitable for this role you will have:

• A strong but warm communication style
   
• 3 years’ experience as a Sales/Letting neg
   
• 2-1-year experience as a Senior Sales/Letting neg
   
• Excellent planning and organisation skills
   
• A strong attention to details
   
• The ability to work on your own initiative
