Branch Manager

Consortio have partnered with a fantastic Estate agent in the south coast/ London and Kent area, working within a group they who run have an award-winning training programme covering over 6 different estate agencies and over 50 branches across the areas.

I am currently recruiting for a Branch Manager for a Branch in East London / Essex, in this role you will be to be a strong leader someone who can motivate workers, the ability to be able build great relationships with the staff and customers, you have to have a genuine interest In the people and helping on their forward journey and seeing their eyes light up when they secure their perfect home.

To be suitable for this for this role you will have:

• A strong but warm communication style
   
•  Minimum 3 years’ experience In Estate agency and Listing  
   
•  Excellent planning and organisation skills
   
•  A strong attention to detail
   
•  The ability to work with your own initiative

Full UK driving licence
