A day in the life of a Branch Manager will include leading daily meetings with your team, making sure to help where possible to hit their KPI’s. While helping your team, you will also be involved in growing the branch’s market share, using your local knowledge and your experience of being a fantastic valuer and Estate Agent to make sure they become one of the leading agents in the area. It is also key to find someone who loves to deliver not just amazing sales skills, but who follows the company’s values of providing the best customer service in the industry, ensuring that the clients benefit from that feeling of top-level service.
To be suitable for this role you will:
- Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience.
- Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement.
- Be able to work effectively managing a team.
- Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times.
- Display high standards of service and presentation.
- Have good organisational skills.
- Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.
