As a successful Business Development Manager your responsibilities include building and maintaining new business; looking after re-lets; co-ordinating with landlords; working with the Branch Manager on new operations and helping with valuations.
To be suitable for this role you will need:
- 2+ years Lettings Negotiator experience
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisation
- Valuation experience (preferable)
- Experience with legislation
- Leadership experience
