As a Chartering Manager, you will play a key role in managing cargo portfolios, negotiating fixtures, and developing profitable chartering strategies within the dry bulk market. You will work closely with regional and global teams to identify opportunities, optimise fleet utilisation, and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, brokers, and traders. The role requires strong market awareness, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
 

The requirements for this role are:
 

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Chartering Manager in the dry bulk sector
     
  • Established cargo connections and proven relationship network within the dry bulk market
     
  • Ability to source own tonnage is desirable but not essential
     
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
     
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
