Consortio have partnered with an global service provider when it comes to the crewing of vessels worldwide. This company has clients within the cruise, yachting and hospitality industry. They also offer crew and catering to river vessels too. Due to expanding their company they are looking for Chef De Partie to join their team.
As a Chef De Partie you will be responsible for the preparation of dishes at assigned stations in the galley and will also be in charge of the organisation of all goods and provisions.
To be eligible for this role you need:
- Have a diploma as a Chef/ Cook.
- Have job experience as a Chef for at least 4-5 years.
- Have experience working in a hotel or onboard cruise vessels.
- Have cost and quality awareness.
- Be able to speak English like it is a first language.
