As part of its continued growth, they are seeking a Crew Officer – Personnel, Planning & Operations Coordinator to join their team in Harlingen.

This is a pivotal position within the Ship Management department, responsible for ensuring vessels are always crewed with the right people, holding the correct qualifications, and deployed at the right time. Acting as a vital link between seafarers, crewing agencies, and internal stakeholders, the successful candidate will coordinate crew rotations, manage personnel administration and compliance requirements, and respond proactively to operational challenges. The role offers a varied and dynamic workload, with direct influence on the continuity, safety, and efficiency of fleet operations, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a progressive maritime organisation.

Requirements:

• HBO working and thinking level, with an affinity for logistics, operations, workforce planning, or maritime personnel management.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Strong planning, organisational, and coordination abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive, decisive, and resilient approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail when managing certifications, contracts, and personnel records, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
