Data Engineer

Consortio are partnering with a leading ship management firm in Limassol, Cyprus. We are seeking a proficient Data Engineer to innovate and optimize our data infrastructure. If you have experience with Azure Data Factory, Storage, and Databricks, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In the role you will be expected to design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures, collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement solutions whilst optimizing data storage, ensuring efficiency and accessibility, implement data governance policies to ensure data quality and integrity. It is vital that you stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices so that you can make sure that you skillset is ever evolving.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in data engineering with expertise in Azure Data Factory, Storage, and Databricks.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
