Responsibilities: As the Dredging Project Manager, you will be entrusted with end-to-end project management, from initial planning to successful completion. Your responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, developing comprehensive project plans, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met. Leading a diverse project team, you will inspire collaboration, delegate responsibilities, and ensure optimal resource allocation. Contract negotiation and management will be a key aspect of your role, alongside a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance. Your expertise in dredging operations and equipment will be crucial in monitoring and enforcing quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle. Clear and transparent communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders will be essential, along with providing regular updates and addressing any issues that may arise.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field, coupled with a proven track record as a Project Manager in dredging or marine construction. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are paramount, along with familiarity with industry regulations and standards. Proficiency in project management software and a multitasking ability are essential.
