Collaborating closely with project managers and engineering teams, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing dredging strategies, resolving technical issues, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

As a leader, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and safety-conscious work environment, managing and mentoring the dredging team, and collaborating with subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
