Our client is a ship owner who own a sizable fleet of Tankers. They look to find quality conscientious employees who will treat their brand as if it was their own. They invest heavily in their people and always seek to promote from within.
At present the company are seeking to bring a new Electrical Superintendent in to their team to oversee the electrical systems on board their fleet of 19 ships. You will be supporting the technical team in solving day to day electrical issues and co-ordinate electrical upgrade projects. You will be involved in the dry dockings of the ships for the electrical systems and work very closely with the Technical Superintendents.
To be considered for this role you will be:
- Have at least 5 years’ experience in Electrical Engineering
- Have worked on board tankers for at least 3 years
- Have worked at 440 V
- Willing to travel frequently as up to 50% of your time will be traveling
