As a successful Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the lettings team with referencing and agreements for tenants; looking after tenant deposits; dealing with excess phone enquiries, and co-ordinating with landlords.
To be suitable for this role you will need:
- 1 year’s admin experience in property or a similar field
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisation
- Previous work with Excel
