An exclusive, home-based opportunity has come forward for an experienced professional to join one of the most exciting businesses within the luxury yachting industry. This is a role that completely side-steps the traditional role of a Personal Assistant and will instead challenge you to use your initiative to help drive / develop future business activity.

Working as a Project Coordinator, you can expect no two days to be the same with the exposure you’ll gain to some of the world’s most exciting activities / locations. As the first point of contact for one of the business’ main clients, you will be primarily tasked with organising and arranging bespoke tour packages, gathering information and contacting operators to make sure your next diving tour in the Galapagos or trailblazing mountain-top hike is just as successful as the last. You will also be given the license to put your knowledge and experience to excellent use as our client openly welcomes new ideas / initiatives that will take the business forward.

This role will be best suited to an entrepreneurially minded individual who has a passion for travel and tourism as well as an enthusiasm for delivering to the highest of standards. As an excellent communicator, you will speak English (and preferably Spanish) and will already have a strong background in either the luxury yachting or travel industries.

For this role, you will:

  • Have either worked as a Personal Assistant / Tour Operator / Purser in the luxury yachting industry

  • Possess excellent time-keeping / organisational skills

  • Enjoy information gathering and research

  • Possess excellent knowledge of the superyacht market

  • Feel comfortable and confident liaising with UHNWI

  • Be fluent in English

  • Preferably speak an additional language (ideally Spanish or German)

  • Have the right to live and work in the EU

On offer is a platform that will provide the tools for an established professional to take a huge leap forward in his / her career. Whilst the remuneration package is extremely competitive, the real appeal to this role comes in the form of having a full, autonomous license to develop the business in your own unique way – flourishing in the challenge that each new day brings.
