This role will be based in Richmond.
In the role of a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to running a branch that is doing 300k a year, keeping to that money and hopefully making more for the branch to give you pay rises and better commission, not only will you be dealing with that, you will be taking weekly daily and monthly meetings with the staff in the branch to make sure they are hitting targets. Dealing month to month meeting with the regional director finding solutions on how to keep the branch running to the highest level and how you can improve on the branch. We are looking for someome who is willing to take the branch to a new level and make it one of the leading agents in Richmond
To be suitable for this role you will need:
- 1 year or more experience in Sales Management
- Ability to deal with a 300k branch
- Local knowledge
- The ability to work well with time sensitive deadlines
- High level of attention to detail
- To demonstrate excellent customer service
