This role will be based in Windsor.
In this very rare instance as a Sales Branch Manager, you will be responsible for running a brand-new branch in the company. Supported with the backing of the rest of the branches you only have the opportunity to be successful, In the day to day of the role you will be responsible but not limited to building the branch from the start building the team behind and making it one of the flagship branches. Furthermore, you will be dealing with mentoring the new members of staff that you employ into the branch, making sure as much as you, your staff members are hitting daily, weekly, monthly target. This role is needing someone who is dedicated to wanting to make themselves a lot of money soon.
To be suitable for this role you will need:
- Senior Sales neg 2-3 years’ experience
- Have a high-level knowledge of valuing properties
- A warm communicator
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Strong ability to detail
- The ability to work as a team but also take your own initiative
