Field Service Engineer.

They provide their services remote and also onboard and they connect their customers to unequalled service network along all main shipping routes. Their highly skilled team of engineers and technicians are experts in marine electronics and provide top grade, instant services. Due to this companies continued success they are looking to hire a Field Service Engineer.

As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is performed within the contract and ensuring that all conditions are met before any work starts. You will get to perform commissioning and installation works on ships, shipyards and other maritime structures. Day to day you would be installing and commissioning maritime navigation, automation and communication equipment based on technical drawings and designs.

To be eligible for this role you need to:

• Have a Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Have experience working with CAD.
• Speak fluent English and fluent Norwegian.
• Have ideally 5+ years’ experience working in this sector.
• Be a self-starter and be highly organized.
