Floating Property Manager

Consortio is incredibly lucky to be working alongside our award-winning, independent client who is currently looking for a Floating Property Manager to join their team in Hampstead. They’ve been established for over 65 years, currently boast over 20 branches across London and have an ever-increasing number of international offices.

As an estate agency, they always prioritise their clients experience, ensuring that everything they provide is as accommodating and financially beneficial for them as possible to ensure they will become returning customers.

As a Floating Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with deposits, TDSs, invoices, inspections, and maintenance issues.
• Assisting other property managers by covering them when they’re not in the office.

Ideally, you will:

• Have at least 1 years’ experience in Property Management.
• Be ARLA qualified.

These aren't absolutely necessary, so please feel free to apply even if you don't have these.

The perfect candidate for this role will:

• Be a clear and concise communicator.

Office hours would be Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm and Fridays 9am-5:30pm.

Salary will be discussed at the interview and is entirely dependant on experience.
