We are working with a fantastic premium brand-new home’s developer on their UK wide projects including Hampshire, Kent, and Surrey. Being a forward thinking, modern and future inspired developer they design, construct, and finish built new homes up and down the country. This role will be based in our client’s state of the art office in Camberley, but will provide opportunity to handle multiple sites and projects throughout the South East.
In this role as the Group Regional Commercial Manager you will be expected to drive the business forward by contributing heavily to the training of all new incoming Site Managers, Projects Managers, and senior site staff that join the company. You will be responsible for looking after multiple regions and running numerous sites making sure that the staff on site are on and working within the financial boundaries, as well as adhering to industry standard HSEQ regulations. You will be required to understand the ins and outs of how the business operates and will be given the responsibility of making key commercial and operational decisions in the business. Due to the intense nature of this position, the successful candidate must be able to work in a high pressure and deadline focussed environment.
To be suitable for this role you will have:
- Minimum of 5-years’ experience within quantity surveying
- Excellent communication skills
- An HND, degree or equivalent
- A Meticulous eye for detail
