Head of Property Management

Within this fulfilling role as a Head of Property Management you will be dealing with 2-3 members of staff making sure they are keeping to all the rules and regs of the company and making sure that anything that needs to be delt to the highest standard possible. Dealing with the paperwork in the background making sure that the property managers below you are doing everything in the correct way and making sure it has been done to the highest standard. Dealing with any complaints that come up with the tenants and landlords and making sure you are helping with them complaints to resolve the issues at hand.

 To be suitable for this role you will need:

• 3 year or more experience in Senior Property Management
   
•  The ability to work well with time sensitive deadlines
   
•  High level of attention to detail
   
•  To demonstrate excellent customer serviceAble to deal with a team
   
• High level of management skills
