In this role of Head of Sales, you will be responsible for but not limited to, weekly, daily, and monthly targets given to you via the regional director, being proactive on the phone by booking in viewings for the properties, booking market appraisals. You will be valuing properties in the area so keeping to the highest standard as you will be the face of the company. Following that, you will be dealing with mentoring staff members and helping them grow within the company, making sure that the staff members are hitting their targets that are provided to them via yourself. This role is needing someone who is very dedicated to making themselves one of the best in the industry, you will be given some of the best training in the industry, these roles come with fantastic perks.
To be suitable for this role you will need:
- 2/3 years senior Neg experience
- A warm communicator
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Strong attention to details
- The ability to work on your own initiative
