This role is for the New Homes division of the company.
In this role as a Head of Sales, you will be responsible for looking after the Kent region of the New Homes division, in your day to day role you will be looking after the branches in the area and with the Sales Manager below you making sure each and every site is running at the highest capacity while still offering the best customer experience In the business, you will be going round New Homes Development within the Kent area offering your services and getting meetings set up with potential client to help the company win business. To be suitable for this role you will need to be a strong personable salesperson with a track record of winning business and being able to KPIs on a regular basis. The successful candidate will be provided to take a higher step in their career with the opportunity to take the step into a reginal Sales director and having a heavy influence on their income.
To be suitable for this role you will have:
- A strong but warm communication style
- 2 years Sales Manager experience within New Homes/Estate Agency
- Previous 2 years’ experience in New Homes/Estate Agency
- Strong attention to detail
- Work under your own initiative
- Being able to run a team at the highest capacity
