In this role as a HR and Culture Manager, you will be expected to oversee the day-to-day operations within the business dealing with any HR issues and developing a long-term plan to help provide a better working environment for each and every employee, coordination to staff members to deal with recruitment and many other parts of the businesses. You need to be a hard-working experienced HR professional who is ready to take on a new step within their career and take this role on and make a difference within the company.
To be suitable for this for this role you will have:
- A strong communicator.
- experience In HR Management
- Dealing with disciplinary actions
- A strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work with your own initiative but be able to work as a team
