Consortio is proud to be partnering with a leading engineering organisation delivering cutting-edge support solutions across the Maritime sector. Our client is seeking an Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Service Engineer to support ongoing projects in Italy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in logistics and service engineering to contribute to the full lifecycle support of high-technology systems. The role will see you working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective support strategies that ensure product reliability, maintainability, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain ILS documentation, including RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis.
  • Support the design and delivery of comprehensive logistic support solutions.
  • Liaise with engineering, procurement, and maintenance teams to coordinate lifecycle support.
  • Assist with configuration management, obsolescence planning, and supply support analysis.
  • Produce technical manuals, training content, and maintenance procedures.
  • Engage in technical discussions with clients and provide ongoing logistic support.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant ILS or service engineering role.
  • Competent in using tools for technical documentation and support analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Italian.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
