Junior Technical Superintendent - LNG

The Junior Technical Superintendent will support the technical management of a fleet of LNG vessels, working closely with experienced superintendents and shore-based teams to ensure vessels are maintained to the highest operational, safety, and regulatory standards. This position offers the opportunity to be involved in day-to-day technical operations as well as planned maintenance, dry dockings, inspections, and various project-based activities, providing strong exposure to LNG vessel operations and technical ship management.

The role will involve assisting in monitoring vessel performance, coordinating repairs and maintenance activities, liaising with vessels, shipyards, suppliers, and class, and supporting troubleshooting of technical issues as they arise. The Junior Technical Superintendent will play an active role in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company procedures while developing the skills and experience required to progress into a more senior superintendent position. This position is based in Denmark and offers the chance to work within a technically driven environment with a focus on LNG operations.

• To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
• Marine engineering or relevant technical background
• Prior sailing experience in a senior rank is preferred
• Exposure to LNG vessels or LNG-fuelled operations
• Strong understanding of vessel machinery and onboard systems
• Good communication and organisational skills with the ability to work as part of a team
