Consortio has partnered with a leading lettings estate agent, working across London with 15 branches and having over 3000 managed properties. Our client works across 4 different countries and has an amazing bespoke training academy to provide the best opportunity for anyone coming to join the team.
In this role as a Lettings Administrator, YOU are the most important person in the company, making sure but not limited to; drawing up tenancy agreements, getting paperwork out on time, ensuring tenants are in the property promptly and providing the best service to landlords with weekly check-ups and monthly visits. With this role you need to be someone who likes to be kept busy and, on their feet, due to the company having its record year.
To be suitable for this role you will need:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Can do positive attitude
- Good attention to detail1-2 years’ experience in property admin
