Consortio has partnered with a unique boutique independent estate agent based in South Marylebone also working across 5 different countries. A company that has got a name in the area where they don’t do any business development with the branch doing over 650k a year in lettings alone, working in one of the prime areas of London, you are going to be known to be competing with some of the biggest and best agencies out there. So, this will be the chance to prove how good you can be.
In the role of a letting’s admin, you will be targeted but no limited to, producing rental agreement for any new tenants, obtaining refences, monitor the hand over of the property making sure everything is going smoothly. Carrying out inventories report is a key part of the role as you are working with high end clientele and preforming ad hoc tasks.
To be suitable for this role you will need:

- Strong ability to detail.
- The ability to work as a team but also take your own initiative.
