Lettings Client Manager

This role will be based in Richmond.

In the role of a Lettings Client Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to, making sure the branches market share is growing by touting and dealing with all the market appraisals, making sure daily, weekly, monthly target for the staff in the branch. On this role you will be dealing with a larger area then normal, so you need to be versatile making sure you are working alongside and to the financial target given but would be beneficial to exceed them. To be able to work in this role you will need to be able to deal with a branch that is turning over 200k+ if you are able to do this you will be the right person.

To be suitable for this role you will need:

• 2-3 years estate agent experience
   
• 1 year valuing experience
   
•  Love working towards targets
   
•  Be effective at managing a team
   
•  Have good organisational skills
   
•  Be able to work as a team and able to work alone
