In this role as the Letting Negotiator, you will be responsible for but are not limited to daily calls to potential letters, getting viewing booked in, conducting the viewings giving them a 5* services to help let the property, team development and hitting daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Alongside this you will be providing the landlords with the best industry experience someone can buy giving them regular feedback and updates to help let the property. They will be looking for either an experienced negotiator, willing to learn the best way and give of the best of their knowledge to the company. My client is always willing to learn, so if you come with experience, you come with a voice.
To be suitable for this role you will have:
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- 1-2 years letting experience
- Strong attention to details
- The ability to work on your own initiative
