Lettings/Senior Lettings Negotiator

Consortio has partnered with a unique boutique independent estate agent based in South Marylebone also working across 5 different countries. A company that has got a name in the area where they don’t do any business development with the branch doing over 650k a year in lettings alone, working in one of the prime areas of London, you are going to be known to be competing with some of the biggest and best agencies out there. So, this will be the chance to prove how good you can be.

In this role of Senior/Lettings Neg, you will be responsible for but not limited to, weekly, daily, and monthly targets given to you via your Lettings Manager, being proactive on the phone by booking in viewings for the properties. You will be dealing with prestigious clientele. Following that, you are going to have a large portfolio of lettings properties to get your teeth stuck into. This role is needing someone who is very dedicated to making themselves one of the best in the industry as it is very rare you will find a role come up in central London like this, you will be given some of the best training in the industry, these roles come with fantastic perks.

To be suitable for this role you will need:

• Letting neg 12 months + experience
• A warm communicator
• Excellent planning and organisation skills
• Strong ability to detail. 
• The ability to work as a team but also take your own initiative.
