This role is for a dynamic and independent marine consultant. The ideal candidate will get the opportunity to travel the world, forensically investigating accidents as well as interviewing witnesses to build up ideas and timelines of events. This is the perfect chance for a master mariner looking to come ashore but not lose the variety and the cultural experience of sailing.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Their CoC1 qualification
     
  • Sailed as a master mariner or a chief officer on container ships
     
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
     
  • An inquisitive mind and a passion for details
