Marine Manager

This role is for a Marine Manager who will have three direct reports including the company DPA and QHSE Officer. Day to day your focus will be on helping your reports develop in their roles subsequently improving QHSE across the fleet. You will need to be sufficiently experienced to troubleshoot any problems which arise that your reports cannot manage. In this role, you will also work closely with the Technical Director and Managing Director to help shape company objectives.
 

To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria;
 

• Must have sailed in a senior deck role.
   
• Minimum of 3+ years in a shore based role.
   
• Strong working knowledge of DPA/QHSE duties.
   
• Previously people management experience will be beneficial.
