As part of this partnership, we are seeking an accomplished Marine Manager to provide strategic and technical leadership within a growing consultancy environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of specialist marine services, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency across a diverse portfolio of projects. This includes marine investigations, surveys, and expert advisory work, while also leading and mentoring a high-performing team of consultants and surveyors.

This role demands a balance of technical authority, commercial awareness, and people leadership. The ideal candidate will be confident representing the business at industry level, capable of guiding complex operations, and motivated by continuous improvement and innovation in marine services.

Requirements:

  • Master Mariner, Chief Engineer, or equivalent maritime qualification.
  • Extensive experience in marine consultancy, surveying, or operational management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire teams.
  • Strong understanding of technical standards, compliance, and client expectations.
  • Commercially focused with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexible and proactive, with a commitment to excellence in safety, quality, and delivery.
