As a leading marine construction company, we specialize in delivering projects ranging from £2-£10M while upholding the highest standards of engineering and quality. We're currently seeking a driven and experienced Site Manager/Agent to join our dynamic team

This is your chance to advance your career and take on a pivotal role in managing our projects. Ideal candidates will have a background as a Section Engineer or experience in overseeing smaller sites, ready to step up into a Site Manager position. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to run projects, ensuring they meet engineering and quality requirements while adhering to budget and time constraints.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Proven track record of site management
  • Competence in working within the marine environment
  • Ability to develop method statements, risk assessments, and construction phase plans
  • Familiarity with contracts such as NEC or ICE
  • Small works form
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and overseeing all projects
  • Maintaining site progress, scheduling, and financial records
  • Leading, managing, motivating, and mentoring project personnel
  • Implementing designated Engineering, Planning, and Control processes
  • Actively pursuing excellence on site and suggesting process improvements
