This particular role is based in the Southeast London, Essex and Dartford region.
In the role as a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for looking after the South London, Kent and Essex sites. You will be covering the sites when they need an extra pair of hands; working alongside the sales manager and advisor to keep the site running at the highest efficiency. Sales chasing, booking viewings and selling mortgage appointments will also be some of the things you will need to do in this role. The successful candidate in this position will be provided with the opportunity to have a heavy influence on their income with our client’s industry leading commission scheme.
To be suitable for this role you will:
- Have a minimum 3 years’ experience In New Homes Sales
- Have demonstrable experience achieving sales targets and KPI’s
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Have a strong but warm communication style
- A strong attention to detail
