Being a forward thinking, modern and future inspired developer, they design, construct and finish to the highest standard. This role will be based in Leicestershire.
In the role as a New Home’s Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for a site of nearly 200 plots ranging from modern 2 bed apartments and houses for first time buyers, 5-bedroom family homes in the Leicestershire area. Currently this site is in the early stages of construction, so the successful candidate should expect to start in February/March. This site is a unique joint venture between our client and another New Home Developer meaning you will need to be a strong Sales Advisor that will be able to hit the ground running and provided a very high standard of customer services to continue our clients already impressive referral rate and keep up their strong reputation. My client would expect you to be walking around site and making sure you win the business. The successful candidate in this position will be provided with the opportunity to have a heavy influence on their income with our clients’ industry leading commission scheme.
