Our client, founded in 1921, started as a one man owned company, borrowing money to build just two houses. 100 years later they have grown into one of the most successful and recognisable brands in the new homes construction sector, being a forward thinking, modern and future inspired developer. This particular role is based in Gillingham, then being moved onto. The roles are based on Ashford and Folkestone.
In this role as a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for a site either in Ashford or Folkestone, my client would be looking for a strong Sales Advisor that will be able to come In and hit the ground running, chasing sales, booking daily viewings and getting properties reserved and ready for sale, the successful candidate in this position will be provided with the opportunity to have a huge influence on their income and being able to have a fantastic career.
To be suitable for this for this role you will have:
- A strong but warm communication style
- 1 years’ experience In New Homes Sales
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- A strong attention to detail
- The ability to work with your own initiative
