Consortio has partnered with a fantastic privately owned New Homes developer that provides high quality, traditional, luxury homes in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire regions. In this role as a Sales Negotiator, you will be on a new site in the Bedfordshire area. With 75 units and 10 units already being sold off plan, you will need to be a strong Sales Advisor with previous experience as you need to hit the ground running as these are very fast-paced sites. My client expects you to have fantastic customer service to be able to continue with the impressive customer feedback. You will be expected to do research on other sites close to your area to keep on top of other competitors and provide the highest service you can and be willing to work on a 7-day site. There is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside both the Sales Director and Sales Manager, contributing any ideas to be able to make the working life better. The successful candidate in this position will be given the opportunity to have a heavy influence on their income with a fantastic commission structure and opportunities in management in the coming years.
To be suitable for this role you will have:

- Work under your own initiative
- Strong customer services skills
- 1 years’ experience in New Home Sales
