Our client is now on the search for a New Homes Sales Advisor who will be responsible for one of three sites in the Bedfordshire area. This role is the perfect fit for a strong salesperson who is eager to learn and drive sales to a new level. For this role, you will need to be able to handle working under pressure and will be no stranger to taking on high volumes of work. You will also be someone who naturally understands the needs of other people and will be equipped to use that to your advantage across the sales process. As a confident relationship builder, you will frequently interact with the Sales Manager and other Sales Advisors in an effort to streamline efficiency. In addition, this role will suit the ’go-getter’, a proven hitter of KPIs and somebody who is able to go above and beyond!
To be suitable for this role, you will have:
- A strong but warm communication style.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
- A strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work with your own initiative.
- Flexibility with working patterns.
- A full UK driving licence.
In this role, no previous experience in New Homes Sales is required as full training for the right candidate will be provided.
