In this role as a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for a site in central London. This role is the perfect fit for a strong salesperson who is eager to hit the ground running and have a huge influence on their income. For this role, you will need to be able to handle working under pressure and will be no stranger to taking on high volumes of work and be able to deal with high-end developments, ranging from 900k and above. As a confident relationship builder, you will frequently be interacting with other sales staff and managers in an effort to streamline efficiency. In addition, this role will suit the “Go-getter”, a proven hitter of KPIs and somebody who is able to go above and beyond!
To be suitable for this for this role you will have:
- A strong but warm communication style
- 1 years’ experience In New Homes Sales
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- A strong attention to detail
- The ability to work with your own initiative
