New Homes Sales Advisor

Consortio has partnered with one of the largest New Homes Estate Agent in the country, working under two brands dealing with anything from second hand homes to shared ownership and normal new homes, being an award-winning company, you know that you will be given the training you need to succeed and become one of the best in the industry.

In this role as on site Sales neg, you will be responsible but not limited to booking in appointments to make sure the buyer as qualified and afford the properties, booking in viewing for the qualified buyers, dealing with the sale from start to finish, you will be working Saturdays and have Wednesday and Sunday off, the hours will be 9:30 till 5:30, you will have the opportunity to work on behalf of some of the best developers in the country, selling their shared ownership sites to their normal developments, there is the possibility that you could be promoted to Sales Manager if you finish this site on a high with no issues.

To be suitable for this role you will need:

• Excellent planning and organisation skills
   
• Strong attention to detail
   
• The ability to work on your own initiative
