Our client, founded in 1921, started as a one man owned company, borrowing money to build just two houses. 100 years later they have grown into one of the most successful and recognisable brands in the new homes construction sector, being a forward thinking, modern and future inspired developer. This particular role is based in Gillingham, then being moved onto Salisbury / Christchurch and Canford.
In this role as a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for looking after the Gillingham site until finish. Then moving onto a site in Salisbury / Christchurch or Canford, working alongside the sales manager and advisor to keep the site running at the highest efficiency. Sales chasing, booking viewings and selling mortgage appointments will also be some of the things you will need to do in this role. The successful candidate in this position will be provided with the opportunity to have a heavy influence on their income with our client’s industry leading commission scheme.
To be suitable for this for this role you will have:
- A strong but warm communication style
- 1 years’ experience In New Homes Sales
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- A strong attention to detail
- The ability to work with your own initiative
