Our client, founded in 1953, started by not being able to afford the house he wanted to buy so he builds one himself. 70 years later they have grown into one of the most successful and recognisable brands in the new homes construction sector.
I am currently recruiting for a Sales Advisor to join sites in the North London and the surrounding areas. this role is the perfect fit for a strong salesperson who is eager to hit the grown running and have a huge influence on their income, for this role, you will need to be able to handle working under pressure and will be no stranger to taking on high volumes of work dealing with Sales chasing, booking viewings, and selling add-on with the property. You will have to be a proven hitter of KPIs and someone who is more than happy to work above and beyond for a fantastic employer!
To be suitable for this for this role you will have:
- A strong but warm communication style
- Maximum 1 years’ experience In New Homes Sales
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- A strong attention to detail
- The ability to work with your own initiative
