In this role as a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for looking after a 60-unit site in North London. The site will be running over 3 phases and be selling shared ownership apartments on site. In this role you will need to a very strong communicator as the apartments are all help to buy and shared ownership. You will need to be used to dealing with New Home buyer and being able to see what their needs are and sell appropriately. This role will be suited for someone who is the “go – Getter” type, someone who is a proven KPI hitter and would love to go and have a massive impact on their income.
