In this role as on site Sales neg, you will be responsible but not limited to booking in appointments to make sure the buyer as qualified and afford the properties, booking in viewing for the qualified buyers, dealing with the sale from start to finish, you will be working Saturdays and have Wednesday and Sunday off, the hours will be 9:30 till 5:30, you will have the opportunity to work on behalf of some of the best developers in the country, selling their shared ownership sites to their normal developments, there is the possibility that you could be promoted to Sales Manager if you finish this site on a high with no issues.
To be suitable for this role you will need:
- 1-2 years new homes experience
- Love working towards targets
- Be effective at managing a team
- Have good organisational skills
- Be able to work as a team and able to work alone
