In this role as a New Homes Sales Manager, you will be responsible for looking after a team of 6 across two sites, growing into more members by the end of the year. This role is for someone who is ready to take that step up in their career, someone who is used to dealing with strategies and working to making the site perform to the highest standard. You will be a confident person who will be used to speaking to all types of people. The successful person will have to be used to working under pressure and will be no stranger to taking on high volumes. This role will suit a fast paced “go – getter”. You will be given the opportunity to take even more steps up in the company in the next coming years.
To be suitable for this role you will have:
- A strong but warm communication style3-4 years
- New Homes Estate agent/ Developer experience
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- A strong attention to detailsThe ability to work on your own initiative
