In this role as a New Homes Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for looking after a site in the busy centre of Birmingham with 2-3 team members below you. The successful person will have to be used to working under pressure and will be no stranger to taking on high volumes. This role will suit a fast paced “go – getter”, someone who is used to dealing with investors and some very high-profile companies and people, meaning you will need to be a very confident person and very articulate. You will be given the opportunity to take a step up into the company into a Sales Manager role.
To be suitable for this role you will have:
- 2-3 years New Homes Estate Agent/ Developer experience
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- A strong but warm communication style
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- A strong attention to detail
